Home delivery to all addresses in Hungary, and we provide free delivery for all orders in Hungary because our products come from abroad, in light of which fast home delivery is not possible - something for some reason.
In the case of orders abroad, the shipping fee is calculated on the shipping page. The amount stated at the end of the order will not change guaranteed.
Orders received before 8 a.m. on a working day (in the case of products in stock) will be delivered to your home within 7-15 (usually 8) days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. throughout the country. Within this, the time cannot be determined more precisely, since the courier - like the postman - moves from address to address. Courier delivery does not mean destination delivery, i.e. the courier does not deliver the package directly from the sender to the customer, but reaches the recipient via a distribution network. Delivery is usually made during working hours, so it is advisable to enter a daytime, work address as the delivery address, but in this case, please make sure that you also enter the name of the company or business in addition to your own name. If the courier cannot find you at the specified address, he will leave a notification and you can contact him at the phone number in the notification to arrange a new delivery time (the delivery cost includes repeated delivery in such cases). The courier service delivers parcels anywhere in the country.
We will send a notification by email the working day before the delivery, which already includes the package number, with reference to which the Fáma courier service or the Gűjtősválliz customer service can provide information about the package, or you can use the Cronos application for package tracking, the access link of which can be found in our email confirmation.
In all cases, the invoice includes the shipping cost.
