GENERAL CONTRACT TERMS

  • 1. Introduction :

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) regulate the use of the online store operated by an individual entrepreneur (headquarters: 3385 Tiszanána, Széchenyi út 104.; tax number: 90303285-1-30; registration number: 59479552; hereinafter: Service Provider) and the conditions of purchase . The online store operates through the Shopify platform.

  • 2. Scope of services:

The Service Provider sells premium quality, 1:1 jerseys, which it imports from third countries.

  • 3. Creation of contract:

The contract between the Service Provider and the customer (hereinafter: Customer) is established as follows:

  1. The Customer places an order in the online store.
  2. After placing the order, the Customer has 3 hours to cancel the order free of charge.
  3. The contract enters into force 3 hours after the order is placed.

  • 4. Service fee and payment terms:

The fee for the service is based on the prices shown in the online store.

Only payment by bank card is possible, in two ways:

  1. Stripe: fast card payment option.
  2. PayPal: a safer payment option.

In all cases, the Buyer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the success of the payment, the collection and delivery of the package.

  • 5. Delivery:

Delivery is carried out by ExpressOne and DPD courier services.

The expected delivery time is 7-10 working days, but it can be delayed up to 18 working days.

6. Right of withdrawal:

The Customer may cancel the purchase free of charge within 3 hours after placing the order.

You must notify the Service Provider of your intention to cancel in writing.

If the Buyer has chosen the Stripe payment method, the refund will be made on the same day . If you choose PayPal, the refund time is 48-100 hours.

7. Liability:

The Service Provider is not responsible for delays, seizures by customs authorities or other force majeure events.

The Service Provider is obliged to fulfill the orders, if within the specified interval, which is a maximum of 18 working days. If this is exceeded by the time of delivery, the Service Provider offers compensation to the Buyer.

After opening the products, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to take them back, only if the product arrived damaged.

  • 8. Data protection:

The Service Provider manages the Customer's personal data in accordance with the applicable laws.

  • 9. Other provisions:

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.

The parties submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the [Eger] Municipal Court for the settlement of legal disputes arising from the contract.
